Avadutha says.. The sun receives water from the ocean and then leaves it on the earth. Similarly, the practitioner should accept subjects and then give them up.Everywhere the sun reflects and it reflects in many forms but the sun remains one. It does not become many and it does not become distorted as a result of the transformation of what it reflects, according to which our Self appears to be many because of the bodily means but it is one, this I learned from the Sun.We still have many things to learn from Sun. Everything happens in this world because of Sun.Sun is the source of energy and so we should become the source of happiness for everyone's inner strength. In"Upanishad" it is said that sun is the eyes of the world which means it illuminates everything but does not get attached to anyone's good or bad. This is the extraordinary quality of sun.We should keep illuminating everything with the light of wisdom but never get attached to anyone's merits and demerits.
How does fear arise? Any thought that causes sorrow will cause fear and any action will also cause fear. Because pleasures and pains depend on something foreign to us, there is fear depending on it. It is necessary to develop the mindset that there is no second way to get rid of fear, is it enough to develop that mindset? It must be firm, what must be done to make it firm? The consciousness of oneness must come to experience. Advaita is the limitless expression of the consciousness of unity.Meditation is necessary to express and realize that advaita in life, one must approach a guru, follow the advice on the face of the guru, extroverted life and introverted sadhana without being ready for it will be of no use. For there to be fear, there must be a second object, and a second object is consciousness.
