Look at fire, how extraordinary it is. It is brilliant, it cannot be suppressed, it cannot be grasped by anyone, because it keeps going up and up.
An exalted person i.e. a person of noble character, superior qualities and profound wisdom, no one can insult him, not even touch him, but he who continues to descend, i.e. he who goes down, is insulted, he can be banished, so he must become like fire, ascending and radiant.
Whatever is placed in the fire is incinerated or purified; even if everything is eaten, it remains so.
In spite of all this, impurity or harm does not affect fire, it is pure by itself, sometimes it is visible and sometimes it is invisible, and so should the Sadhaka.
